Who Are We?

The company, originally called "Professional Mortgage Services Limited" was formed in September 1998 to provide independent mortgage advice to clients of many different professional connections, such as Solicitors and Accountants, IFA's who no longer want to conduct mortgage business, or other industry professionals such as Estate Agents.

Because the company derives its income solely from mortgages, we are able to provide a specialist mortgage planning service. Whether it is investment mortgages, people in financial difficulties, elderly people looking to release equity from their homes, general Estate Planning for Inheritance Tax concerns, or merely those people wishing to re-mortgage to obtain more favourable terms, we are able to cater for all client circumstances.

Home and property purchase is likely to be the largest financial commitment most people ever make and often the range of available products can serve only to confuse. The aim of Evolution Mortgage Planning is to assist clients to make a satisfactory and informed decision from the myriad schemes available.

There are no ties or commitment to any Bank, Building Society or other lending institutions and we are able to source funds from any lender.

Evolution Mortgage Planning is a company that provides a full planning service to its clients; this means making recommendations based upon the areas clients have themselves highlighted as being important to them.

All recommendations made are based on thorough knowledge of a lender's criteria and service standards where appropriate, and a thorough understanding of the client and their concerns. In this way, we are able to integrate with the clients’ other professional advisers in ensuring that the advice given is appropriate for their circumstances at all times.

It is for this reason that a full Fact-Find is undertaken for each client. Illustrations are then provided so that actual monthly costs and scheme criteria are clearly illustrated, and, where fees are payable, these are clearly shown.

Evolution Mortgage Planning charge no fee for advice or consultation, but will charge a professional fee for its services upon completion, which will always be disclosed to the client at the time of recommendation, before any application is made.
